    For our Content & Media Production team in Cologne, Germany we are looking for a

    (Senior) Manager Local Market Content (m/f/d)

    As a Senior Manager Local Market Content at the Bundesliga, you oversee content initiatives across diverse regional markets (China, Japan, Brazil, Thailand, South Korea, LATAM, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa). You are responsible for driving brand consistency while adapting strategies to market-specific nuances, this role also centrally manages agencies to ensure effective execution of content strategies, fostering brand loyalty and engagement. Additionally, you are responsible for audience growth and analyzing KPIs to optimize content performance.

    Here ́s what should be in your sports bag:

  • You have a degree in journalism, marketing or communications, advanced degree preferred.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position.
  • You have strong football knowledge and awareness of the Bundesliga.
  • You are common with digital platforms used in the listed local markets.
  • You are able to positively maintain a network of complex relationships, share planning focuses and report thoroughly.
  • You describe yourself as a digital native with the aptitude for working in digital and understanding the user's behavior.
  • Fluent English and German is not a problem for you, other languages spoken in the local markets would be advantageous.
