Was Dich erwartet
Während deines 3-monatigen Praktikums wirst du von einem absoluten Beginner zum Social Media Experten und lernst Best Practices, um in der heutigen Zeit ein Unternehmen in sozialen Netzwerken nicht nur bekannt zu machen, sondern auch Likes und Klicks in Umsatz umzuwandeln.
Du startest mit ausgiebigen Online Trainings, die du in den ersten 2-4 Wochen durcharbeitest. Darauf aufbauend entwickelst du eine Social Media Strategie für Growmodo, die du dann auch direkt umsetzen darfst. Wir leben nach dem Grundsatz Progress > Perferction. Das heißt, du darfst Fehler machen und Dinge ausprobieren. Am Ende deines Praktikums schauen wir uns gemeinsam an, ob und welche Kennzahlen du verbessern konntest.

Eine steile Lernkurve und Wachstumsphase Bei uns bist du nicht zum Kaffee kochen oder kopieren. Du wirst Teil eines Start-up Teams, dessen Erfolg du maßgeblich mitgestalten kannst. In einigen Fällen kann darüber hinaus auch die Möglichkeit einer Werkstudenten-Tätigkeit werden. Das Praktikum wird hauptsächlich in Leverkusen Opladen stattfinden (1 Minute Fußweg vom Bahnhof-Opladen). Eine Hybrid-Lösung mit Office und Home-Office ist auch möglich.
