- Disseminate scientific information accurately and fairly, addressing medical inquiries.
- Manage investigator-initiated research interests and support clinical development activities.
- Lead advisory board meetings and provide internal/external training.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, contributing to scientific discussions in oncology/hematology.
- Accredited degree in a relevant life sciences discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of medical affairs experience, preferably in Oncology/Hematology.
- Proficient understanding of Oncology/Hematology therapeutics.
- Familiarity with country-specific and regional guidelines and regulations.
- Advantageous: Prior involvement in commercial product launches.
- Embrace a team player mentality, prioritizing team success.
- Demonstrate adaptability, effectively managing competing demands.
- Rapidly grasp and present detailed scientific information.
- Proficiently communicate and lead engaging discussions.
