- Geleitet durch Kundeninsights und mithilfe von Tools zur Datenanalyse beobachtest du den Kampagnenverlauf in Echtzeit, bewertest die Performance und entscheidest entsprechende Bedarfsanpassungen.

- Du sorgst für den professionellen Agenturpitch und deren Steuerung.

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Durchführung von kreativen, reichweitenstarken Kampagnen über alle Kanäle und relevanten Touchpoints hinweg.
- Du bist Expert*in in den Bereichen Kreation, Marketing Automation und Performance Marketing sowie Projekt- und Agenturmanagement.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von agilen Teams.
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung.
