Your Tasks:

Our marketing coordinators are the interface between the various contacts in the countries and the functions at headquarters in Hamburg.

They usually report to the Global Senior Brand Manager of a category such as NIVEA Face, Body, or SUN and are very well networked among themselves.

Familiarization and teamwork among each other are desired and practiced in this function.

Data analysis and creation of presentations
Support of Brand Managers of a category with master data and artwork development processes
Communication with Brand Managers from different countries to coordinate project plans and deadlines
Coordination with different functions, agencies and core team members for executing project tasks
Maintenance of databases
Monitor and analysis of competitors
Creation and ordering of sales samples, research samples, competition samples, assortment folders etc.

Your Profile:

Completed commercial training (preferably also from outside the industry, e.g. as an event manager or from the area of project support or assistance).
First professional experience, preferably with experience in working with international teams
Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams.
PowerBI experience is preferred.
Ideally SAP knowledge and experience
Confident knowledge of written and spoken English
Very good organizational and communication skills
Independent working style and enjoyment of real teamwork
