What you will be doing

As a Founders Associate you will be part of a cohesive, fast-paced team and play a vital role in helping our founders build a successful company and bring logistics closer to the digital age

  • Work closely together with the Founders and the Chief of Staff to lift InstaFreight to the next level
  • Plan and drive crossfunctional strategic or commercial decisions and projects
  • Conduct analyses and design presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a sparring partner for the founders and act as a gatekeeper between the founders and the organization
What you bring to the role

  • You are currently studying or have already completed your education and gained your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or in a similar field
  • You already gained practical experience through an internship in a startup company or another highpaced environment
  • You like to take ownership and work with numbers
  • You have an entrepreneurial "can do" attitude and remain calm under pressure
  • You are fluent in English
  • German language is an advantage

Recruiting Process

1\. First call - a 30 minute phone interview with a member of our People & Culture team to see if our expectations are a match with yours
2\. Second call - a 45 minute Google Meets or in person interview with Chief of Staff to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the role
3\. Final call - a 45 minute in person or virtual meeting with one of our Founders
4\. Offer - an offer is extended to you and together we finalize the necessary details and paperwork
