- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Automatisierungskonzepten im Bereich von Montageanlagen und Handlingsystemen
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anlagen in ihren Abläufen und Prozessen unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Kostenmerkmalen
- Realisierung innovativer Automatisierungslösungen mit roboterbasierten Handlingsystemen und industrieller Bildverarbeitung
- Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen in verschiedenen Bereichen des Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus
- Ermittlung, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Projektanforderungen
- Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung neuer Automatisierungsprojekte
- Erstellung und Controlling von Projektstruktur- und Kostenplänen
- Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus an das Management
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik)
- Projektleitungskompetenz mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Know-how in der elektrotechnischen Anlagenplanung und Hardwareauswahl, idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Maschinenrichtlinie und Konformitätserklärungen
- Erfahrung in der Spezifikation, Auslegung und Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen
- Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von SPS-Steuerungen (Siemens Step7, TIA-Portal, WinCC flexible), Roboterprogrammen (bevorzugt ABB) sowie industrieller Bildverarbeitung wünschenswert
- Höherwertige Kenntnisse der automatisierten Produktionsverfahren
- Höherwertige Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und einschlägiger Anwendersoftware
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Fach- und Sozialkompetenz in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partner*innen, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Lösungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Transferfähigkeit gepaart mit positivem Durchsetzungsvermögen
