Responsibilities:

Competent consulting of managers and employees in all personnelrelated and labor law issues and organizational changes in the care sector
Management and optimization of HR processes including personnel and organizational development
Proactive involvement in the implementation of HR strategies and HR future projects such as standardization, optimization and digitalization
Conceptual design and implementation of measures for longterm employee retention
Responsibility for recruitment, performance and talent management, change management and succession planning
Personnel planning, reporting and monitoring of HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
Trustful cooperation with employee representatives
Administrative activities
Participation in international HR projects

Qualifications:

Degree in business administration, law or similar with a focus on human resources
Relevant professional experience in an industrial and/or logistics environment
Indepth knowledge of German labor law
Readytouse knowledge of common HR software (Workday or similar), MS Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Very good knowledge of German and business fluent in English
Confident and authoritative appearance
High communication skills and team orientation
Commitment, flexibility and loyalty
Experience in working with shared services desirable
