Responsibilities:


  • Competent consulting of managers and employees in all personnelrelated and labor law issues and organizational changes in the care sector
  • Management and optimization of HR processes including personnel and organizational development
  • Proactive involvement in the implementation of HR strategies and HR future projects such as standardization, optimization and digitalization
  • Conceptual design and implementation of measures for longterm employee retention
  • Responsibility for recruitment, performance and talent management, change management and succession planning
  • Personnel planning, reporting and monitoring of HR key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Trustful cooperation with employee representatives
  • Administrative activities
  • Participation in international HR projects

Qualifications:


  • Degree in business administration, law or similar with a focus on human resources
  • Relevant professional experience in an industrial and/or logistics environment
  • Indepth knowledge of German labor law
  • Readytouse knowledge of common HR software (Workday or similar), MS Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and business fluent in English
  • Confident and authoritative appearance
  • High communication skills and team orientation
  • Commitment, flexibility and loyalty
  • Experience in working with shared services desirable
