We aim to connect with millions of members across 17 European markets, inviting them to engage in an exciting treasure hunt.

As a Tracking Specialist in the Data Infrastructure & Tracking Team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining privacy compliant digital data collection and measurement framework.

You will be responsible for supporting the onsite measurement ecosystem including web and app analytics ( GA4 / GTM/Firebase) and data completeness

You will be at the centre for providing meaningful onsite customer data for multiple business units as well as product teams enabling them to make data driven decisions

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

Be a go-to-expert for all customer data collection related topics.
Maintain and upgrade existing marketing technology stack to execute,measure and improve marketing efforts.
Be on top of all latest changes happening in industry like ( Google Analytics 4, Consent mode, Google Privacy Sandbox etc) and support those projects at Zalando group level.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, identify opportunities and collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, Marketing managers and Analysts.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF....**:

You have at least 3 years of experience with implementing solutions such Google Analytics 360 / Firebase at enterprise level (experience with GA4 is great to have)
You have a decent level of technical experience with tag management systems ( including server side ),data layer, tracking validation ( charles proxy or similar tool) and analytics platforms implementation.
You have an understanding of privacy regulations and follow best data compliance practices.
You have basic understanding of SQL and check data completeness by writing simple queries
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with an ability to articulate complex technical topics and solutions concisely and simply.
Nice to have: Experience to technically guide engineers and analysts
