- Ticketing-und Reservierungsaufgaben im jeweiligen Buchungssystem der Airlines
- Über- und Sondergepäckinkasso
- Information und Betreuung von Fluggästen bei Flugunregelmäßigkeiten
- monatliche Abrechnung nach Vorgaben und Berücksichtigung der Airlines
- Vertretung des Unternehmens und der Kunden im Verantwortungsbereich
- Durchführung der Serviceaufgaben in guter Qualität unter Einhaltung der geltenden internen und externen sowie sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben
- Verantwortlichkeit für Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
- Dokumentation von Unregelmäßigkeiten und Reporting gemäß Vorgabe
- Einhaltung der Arbeitsanweisungen
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben gemäß Abstimmung bzw. Vorgabe der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Vorgesetzten Mögliche Zusatzaufgaben:
- Übernahme von Standby-Trainer-Tätigkeiten bei entsprechender Qualifikation
- Dokumentation und Weiterleitung von Sonderleistungen bei Abfertigungen
- Einsatz im Bereich Lost & Found oder Check-in bei entsprechender Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Luftverkehr oder vergleichbarer Bildungsabschluss
- Beherrschung von mindestens einem Reservierungssystem der Kundenairlines von Vorteil
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute PC-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise Office-Anwendungen und PC-gestützte Abfertigungssysteme
- Service-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Freundliches Auftreten und gepflegtes Äußeres
- Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität; Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Stressresistenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wechseldiensten
- Flughafensicherheitsausweis und DGR Personalkategorie 9 von Vorteil
