WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Act as the responsible expert and single point of contact for process

- and quality management in the central department for electronic hardware development

Establish processes for the inhouse development of electronics for future architectures in order to ensure product compliance
Develop, implement and optimize the quality strategy together with the quality department

- introduce and implement processes to raise the in-house hardware development to a higher Spice level

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering / industrial engineering or computer science or similar analytical discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience with processresponsibility and/or quality management in the automotive industry
Certifications as: Cybersecurity Engineer, Process Auditor VDA 6.3, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE...
Extensive experience with ISO9001 + IEC330xx
Highly organized and adept at multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously and managing several stakeholders
Ability to coordinate, work with, and lead small teams in terms of common project delivery
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication skills in German and English (both spoken and written)
