To further expand our activities on the European market, we are looking for a Market Intelligence & Marketing Manager (M/F/d) at our headquarters in Bensheim as soon as possible.

Tasks

In charge of the general administration of the branch office, including administrative assistance for service, sales and rent.

Customer support

  • Checking stock availability
  • Checking delivery times of products
  • Quotations
Order handling

  • Order handling for dealers and customers
  • Completion of service orders
General Administration

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Manage the general administration of the branch office
  • Filing
  • Reporting
Purchasing

  • Purchasing of spare parts and consumables

Requirements:

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor
Experience Required: 2< 5 years

  • Travel Required: < 10%
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted.
  • Experience preferred in technical sector (automotive)
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS office
  • Smooth handling of administration
  • Ability to work in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Language skills: German, English
  • Breadth: regional (Hamburg, Germany)
