- Steuerung von Mengen-Exposures für Lieferanten in Abflug- u. Zielgebieten
- Aufwands- und Cashplanung, Abstimmung mit Controlling und Cash Management
- Analytische Aufbereitung der Versorgung (nach Gebieten, Airlines, Anbietern, Mengensynergien)
- Bewertung von Einsparpotentialen anhand von Marktanalysen sowie kontinuierliche Überwachung der Treibstoffpreisentwicklung; Analyse von Einzelkosten (Kostenarten, Marktpreis, Steuern, etc.)
- Management der Schnittmenge zu Operations und Technik, sowie Dokumentation von Preislisten, Preisübersichten und Lieferantenportfolios
- Pflege von Datenbanken und Einzelkostenarten, Aufbereitung und Ergänzung von Verträgen
- Erstellung von Dokumentation (AOCs, MwSt. Befreiungen – Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerabteilung)
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften / BWL oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit einschlägiger, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
- Übergreifendes Know-how hinsichtlich Commodity Sourcing, Finance und Cash bzw. im Daten- und Prozessmanagement.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprache willkommen, sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, insbesondere Excel)
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, gute Kontaktfähigkeit, Darstellungs- und Überzeugungskraft sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Fähigkeit zu analytischem, konzeptionellem und kritischem Denken
