Your mission:


  • Management of the budget for the entire CTIO area. Definition and budget follow up as well as acting as a SPOC in CTIO area to Finance and Controlling area.
  • Design and deliver an efficient and effective planning process to ensure that all components of the business are well connected.
  • Take on Order & Invoice management for the CTIO area, covering order intake, returns and claims, pricing and discounts, as well as invoicing and invoice submission in the B2B area.
  • Coordination with all CTIO directors on an effective annual technology plan that takes into account country needs and global priorities, as well as working closely with all stakeholders.
  • Development and implementation of the vendor strategic map and the longterm business development for each of the key strategic construction partners.
  • Ensure the transformation programme is effectively resourced through project management and working effectively with business support services.
  • Drive, lead and manage major and complex changes to increase efficiency and improve results for UGG, ensuring participation and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Responsiblity for the continuous improvement of processes by researching new technologies and means of automation to be reflected in the budget of CTIO activity.
  • Use facilitation skills to guide towards solutions and opportunities in the areas of business processes, resource utilisation and BY technology.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
  • Drive a proactive and crossfunctional culture in the organisation.

Your profile:


  • Science / Engineering degree or equivalent business experience
  • Proven multiyear experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure industry
  • Very well structured, attentive to details and excellent analytical, numerical, and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication skills and a passionate team player with a 'cando' attitude
  • Ability to present complex and technical issues in a comprehensible way
  • Selfmotivated with a high level of proactivity and flexibility
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) tools are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German & English (oral and written), Spanish language is a plus
