Beschreibung

Responsible for development and oversight of annual strategic and operational planning of KEE Engagement activities at European level to create long-standing partnerships with KEE customers.


Leads via dotted line the team of Engagement Strategists in DS affiliates, who act as a change agents within affiliate, ensuring that change management and change communication are done in a proactive, proper way.


Key responsibilities:


Empowers, coaches and coordinates affiliate-level Engagement Strategists

  • By ongoing, indepth exchange with affiliate Engagement Strategists distinct knowledge of European network of KEEs and activities, their decisionprocesses and satisfaction with DS
  • Generate and shares annual proposed activity list with PPOCs to facilitate nomination of KEEs for activities

In close collaboration with affiliate Engagement Strategists develops, revises and regularly communicates annual engagement plans for each Tier 1 KEE, matching respective tier of KEEs to activities based on organisational needs and customer preferences

  • Ensures continuous engagement of KEEs and usage of internal tools (e.g., customer cards, CRM for tracking, external KEE datdase)
  • Establishes, maintains and engages in scientific discussions with network of relevant KEEs, professional societies and other key stakeholders
  • Regularly communicates insights from engagement planning process and relevant decisions from KEEinitiated activities to leadership
  • Ensure brand plan deliverables, incorporate and reflect KEE tailored engagement activities

Ensure annual updates to tiering algorithm & review of KEE tiers (affiliate ES provide input for co-review) as well as annual review of customer card fields (affiliate ES provides input for co-review), incl. collecting

  • Proactively communicates updated tiering list and customer card fields to all relevant stakeholders proactively
  • Actively participates in annual CV strategic planning and quarterly CV strategic plan review and ensures Engagement Strategy activities are reflected in Brand Plans
  • Tactfully uses data insights to make business decisions
