- You will oversee and manage all aspects of NeoTaste's financial operations and set / strengthen the financial strategy for NeoTaste to drive our growth and profitability as we scale nationally and internationally
- On a day to day basis, you are going to be responsible for our operational efficiency, including all financial reporting and setting up our KPIs. Long-term, you will establish our reporting excellence and make sure that reports are insightful and actionable
- In addition to the above, you will own all financial planning and analysis topics. This includes initial improvements to our existing FP&A processes, as well as long-term setting a culture of data-driven decision-making
- As an expert in your field, you will build and lead a well-rounded finance team as we scale on a national and international level
- You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and implement state of the art best practices in financial management
- You are responsible for all finance related contractual matters
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing finance operations on a holistic level, preferably you have been part of the journey in a fast-paced startup to scale-up environment, and have played a key role in finance-related matters for funding rounds
- You have already gained some experience in building and managing competitive finance teams
- Your strategic and critical thinking will help you make informed and data-driven decisions to accomplish business success according to our company goals
- You have strong analytical skills with a trained eye for detail and the ability to derive actionable insights from financial data
- You combine your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable way to various audiences
- You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment and the willingness to take on new challenges
- You are business-level fluent in English and German
- As part of the leadership team, you can make a significant contribution to the development and success of NeoTaste as well as working closely with our co-founders
- You have the opportunity to drive an up-and-coming startup into the scale-up phase

With NeoTaste we develop the platform for you to discover new restaurants in your city. As a user, you can enjoy special deals that are exclusive to us and allow you to discover the culinary diversity of the city.On the other hand, we are also the partner for restaurants to win new customers who do not yet know their go-to food place.
