    About

    For our client, an international Industrial and Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d) in Germany.

    We are looking for an experienced and tech-savy professional who can coordinate external service technicians, provide tech-support attendance to final customers and technical training.

    Ideally this person has both, a technical and commercial background.

    Functions

    • Plan, direct and control the activities required for the installation and maintenance of equipment.
    • Control and ensure the adequate supply and availability of spare parts.
    • Implement and carry out audit processes for more complex facilities and activities.
    • Communicate directly to GSA requirements and incident control / ability to extend or modify service network adapting to strategic needs.
    • Develop skills and provide technical support to allied Technical Service Support companies (local and international) / Attention to customer requirements

    Specific Professional Profile

    Profile with the proven field experience in repair, installation and maintenance of industrial machinery. With organizational skills and looking for a more internal coordination role but remaining active in the field.

    Academic Background

    Candidates may possess a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on commercial studies.
