- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Personalzeitwirtschaft und -administration sowie Compensation & Benefits
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zeiterfassungssystemen; idealerweise GFOS
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem HR-System Workday wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Betriebsverfassungs- und Sozialversicherungsrecht von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Belastbarkeit und Einsatz-bereitschaft
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
