Responsibilities:

Responsible for reprocessing (CDS
Cleaning, Disinfection, Sterilization) and biocompatibility of medical devices with respect to efficacy and material compatibility and biological safety within product development and life cycle management
Responsible for biocompatibility/biological safety of medical devices within product development and life cycle managements
Preparation of documentation for the aforementioned fields of responsibility
Cooperation with external suppliers in the field of reprocessing validation and biocompatibility of medical devices
Transfer of all results to other interface functions (Instruction for Use, Verification/Validation)
Act as internal and external consultant in diverse interfaces (e.g. other departments, S-BC, Customers)
Screening and efficient implementation of all related standards and according to state of the art

Your qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, biomedical technology, toxicology, chemical engineering or equivalent
Some years of relevant experience in reprocessing and/or biocompatibility of medical devices or in a regulated and highly industrial or scientific environment

- experience in the cooperation with external suppliers and other cooperation partners
