As a Work Student for Accounts Payable, you will be part of our Global Accounting team that is responsible for ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are met and day-to-day operations and specifically closing and consolidation of domestic and foreign subsidiaries are running.

What you'll do:

Precisely sorting, scanning and checking credit card receipts for completeness and accuracy against credit card statements
Take ownership for researching missing invoices with the responsible employees Reliable archiving of the receipts
Proper account assignment and posting of invoices in SAP S4 Hana, depending on your prior specialist knowledge

Requirements:

Currently needs to be attending University to obtain Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting
Initial work experience (through internships, working student jobs) in an international environment is desirable
SAP S4/Hana knowledge is preferable
Support of the team through independent work
Knowledge of IFRS and HGB accounting standards
Very good knowledge of the German and English languages, both written and spoken
