In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new

Engineering Change Project Leader (d/f/m)

This position allows you to join the Engineering Operations Enablers department. The mission of the department is to provide a foundation that enables Engineering to achieve greater efficiency.

This position is limited to 2 year.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.

Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Execute projects as project lead in support of engineering change management:
Establishing the project organization, identifying and coordinating project interfaces.
Structuring of the overall project and formation of subprojects and development of work breakdown structures
Identification and communication of priorities within the project
Identification of project risks and initiation of measures to minimize risks
Preparation of detailed effort plans and project descriptions
Preparation of operational project planning
Control and execution of subprojects
Ensure regular status and progress monitoring for the project portfolio

Engineering Core Métier support

OP planning
Budget allocation
Followup and communication of the budget with the finance department
Deployment of new ways of working in AH Engineering through Ways of working based on Agile way of working and acting as coach
Application of Agile (e.g. Scrum, Safe) and Waterfall project management methods

Desired skills and qualifications

Completed bachelor's degree with additional qualification or master's degree in engineering or equivalent
Several years of practical experience in engineering and project management
Experience and knowledge in the area of Agile methods
Language skills: English business fluent, German and/or French desirable.
