This is what your day will look like
Ensure efficient use of capabilities and high quality of delivered work through onboarding, coaching, monitoring and evaluating of the employee performance
Activly drive the initiative for service development within TSCNET and customers
Supervise operation of TSCNET's 24/7 software platform
Run and supervise TSC operational processes
Assess the quality of services
React on sudden issues and short-term customer requests to improve service and data quality
Perform data quality analysis and collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Support in the development of strategic roadmaps
Participate in product trainings for customers
Collaborate with other regional security coordinators
You come with
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems Engineering
6+ years of experience in TSOs business or businesses related to TSOs
Strong knowledge of electrical power grid fundamentals and operation
Strong knowledge of electricity market principles including capacity calculation methodologies
Strong understanding of power system grid modelling, data formats used and load-flow analysis
Strong customer orientation and empathy
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in resolving of conflicts
Ability to build/maintain relationships to achieve team high performance
Open-minded and willing to drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A pro-active, stress resilient personality and a self-dependent working style
