- Sichtung und Bewertung der Kundenspezifikationen in der Angebotsphase
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte für Angebote (einschließlich überschlägiger statischer Berechnungen und Erstellung von Übersichtszeichnungen)
- Abstimmung technischer Konzepte und Machbarkeitsanalysen mit externen Ingenieurbüros
- Anfragen von Zukaufteilen und Leistungen über die Herstellung von Filterhäusern.
- Erstellung der Kalkulation mit dem vollständigen Mengengerüst und den Einzelkosten
- Prüfen von Konstruktionszeichnungen und Abstimmung/Klärung technischer Details
- Prüfen von Stücklisten und sonstiger technischer Unterlagen
- Führen externer Ingenieurbüros bei Berechnungen zur Strömungssimulation und / oder bei der Festigkeits- und Verformungsuntersuchung unserer Bauteile mittels FEM
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen
- Abschluss als Diplomingenieur oder Master im Maschinenbau einer renommierten Universität
- Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Fachgebiet der numerischen Festigkeits- und Verformungsanalyse
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Konstruktion (incl. CAD-Anwendungen) von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Standard EDV-Anwendungen (Microsoft Office, SAP, Internet)
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und kontaktfreudiges, sicheres Auftreten
- Belastbarkeit und unternehmerisches/wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
