We are seeking a highly motivated
(Junior) Salesforce Administrator (f/m/x) who will take full ownership of our support requests and proactively streamline the entire process to drive operational excellence.

What is the role about?

Help streamline the support process and educate our users
Be the first point of contact for Salesforce related support requests and requested improvements, then distribute tasks accordingly
Function as a link between endusers and the Salesforce product team, and work closely with the product owner and software engineers
Follow and understand Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions

What will you need to be successful?

You have at least 1 year of handson Salesforce experience, including proficiency in modifying standard objects and fields, creating custom objects and fields, and utilizing Salesforce configuration tools such as flow builders.
You are familiar with different tools, such as CTI (eg. Twilio), Task Automation (eg. Zapier), Forms and survey builder (eg. Typeform)
You have handson experience in implementing Sales, Service and Experience Cloud on the Salesforce Platform
You like to stay uptodate and ideally hold current Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder)
You have excellent written and oral communication skills
