As a working student (M/F/d), you will support our scaling with both strategic and operational tasks:

You support the coordination and facilitation of virtual learning sessions
You are involved in the planning, organization and implementation of new formats, either virtual or offline
You assist the regional facilitators in the promotion of sessions, in the acquisition of new speakers and in the facilitation and development of meeting formats
You support the product owner in global strategic questions around the Digital Academy like the strategic scoping of the academy
You act as a community manager, promoting the academy on a global scale
You support and further develop the data cockpit in the Digital Academy through evaluations and the automation of the academy platform itself
You will also be further involved in other topics around digital transformation at Olympus
You are an enrolled student (M/F/d) at least in the third semester, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
You can speak and write English well
You are highly interested in technologies, innovation and digital trends
You possess strong communication skills
You are an energetic, creative modern thinker, passionate about digital topics
Quick understanding and objective judgment complement your profile
You have an independent way of working and enjoy working in a (virtual and global) team
17 Euro per hour
