- Du gestaltest und implementierst technische Lösungen auf der ServiceNow-Plattform
- Du übernimmst die Durchführung von technischen Beratungs-, Lösungsdesigns-, Anwendungsmanagement und der Systemintegration
- Du bist verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Auswertung der aktuellen Systemanforderungen, Implementierung von Modulen, Formularen, Workflows ab der fachlichen Idee, um unseren Kund:innen beste Ergebnisse zu liefern
- Du übernimmst die Entwicklung von Integrationen zwischen ServiceNow und anderen Systemen, um einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch sicherzustellen
- Du verantwortest das Design und das Management bzgl. der Implementierung von IT-Prozessen in der ServiceNow-Plattform ITSM
- Du realisierst und koordinierst unsere Schnittstellen von und zu Servicenow zu IT-Systemen
- Du bringst einen abgeschlossenen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem ähnlichen Fach mit
- Deine Erfahrung in IT-Service-Management und IT-Service-Delivery zeichnet dich aus
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Scripting (JavaScript, HTML / CSS, ServiceNow sind von Vorteil) mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Verwendung von API-Endpunkten
- Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prinzipien und Erfahrung mit der Agile/Scrum-Methodologie
- Du bist flexibel und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit rundet dein Profil ab
