CONDITIONS

Contract type:
Permanent, Fulltime

Location:
Dublin office, Hybrid and Dusseldorf office, Hybrid

IN A NUTSHELL
If you have a passion for working on texts in detail, spotting typing-, content

DAY TO DAY

Working a personal pipeline.
Arrange the events and organize the locations based on specific criteria.
Perform additional checks for the internal team and Management.
Maintain internal reports based on guidelines. Ensure the reporting is accurate and timely.
External systems: Submit requests to obtain Cadastral and Title deed information to municipalities that are included in the project. Collect necessary information and upload it into the system.
Notarize legal documents as necessary.
Other tasks that may be assigned from timetotime.
Quality control: Ensure errors in agreements are kept to a minimum.
Achieving Deadlines: Working to deadlines assigned by the Company with the highest amount of attention to detail.
Liaise with other departments to correct possible errors.
Data entry: Enter data of executed agreements into client databases.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Nativelevel German language written and spoken
Basic English fluency
Experience in creating and reviewing text and formatting
Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to review documents for accuracy
