Westwing Studio
, you're driving our inhouse interior design service dedicated to bringing our motto 'Live beautiful' to life in the homes of our customers. Leverage your expertise to create interior concepts perfectly tailored to the individual needs of our most valuable private and business customers. Collaborate with our dynamic team of interior designers, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing creative leadership through guidance and mentorship. This position is located in Munich
and is unlimited**.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- work with our customers to design the perfect interior concept for their home or business, understanding their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions
- our highest goal is that every client enjoys the process and leaves with a room design that they can't wait to implement
- act as a coach to our wonderful team of skilled interior designers, work with them on best practices and foster an environment of creativity and excellence as well as nurture their professional growth
- define and uphold design standards, shape and articulate the creative vision, ensuring all concepts align with and exceed established guidelines
- stay on top of industry trends, integrating innovative design concepts into our projects
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure the vision for Westwing Studio integrates

YOU COME WITH:

7+ years professional interior design experience (or outstanding career development) for a renowned design company

- know-how in designing projects like boutique hotels, flagship stores or high-end homes
- a comprehensive creative background with a passion for premium lifestyle and a good sense for trends, yet an understanding for the commercial reality of e

Commerce businesses

- concise oral, written, and graphic communication skills: you can effectively communicate the rationale behind design decisions to internal and external parties
- strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit, balanced with an independent and responsible way of working
- a trend-savvy, outgoing personality with a passion for communication and coaching
- excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
