    Job Position: Regional Sales Manager

    Qualifications: New energy (Photovoltaic) Industry 4 years (preferred) is must

    Job Responsibilities:

    Sales need to assume the role of sales, performing the following key tasks:

    • Responsible for local sales and market maintenance of PV inverters and other products of the company , formulating sales plans and achieving sales targets
    • Develop and maintain customer and partner relationships, communicate, contact and negotiate with target customers, locate orders and follow up payment collection.
    • Based on local market strategy, responsible for drafting, executing, and upgrading optimization of management policies, incentive policies, and evaluation policies for local channel merchants;
    • Responsible for collecting, providing feedback, and analyzing policy, industry information, market information, and technology trend information within local markets, and responding to changes in a timely manner.

    Job Requirements:

    • Full-time bachelor degree or above(Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics devices is a privilege), at least 5 years working experience in renewable energy and PV power electronics field is must.
    • Having a certain level of distribution channel resources in new energy in local area, familiar with the policies and plans, demand situation, and competitive situation of the main photovoltaic and energy storage markets in the region, and having a clear channel system development concept and successful practical experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills, actively sensitive to customers' feedback, and timely meet the needs and requirements of customers.
    • Familiar with the local business environment and industry customers, can adapt to cross-cultural communication.
    • Strong career ambition, goal orientation, and a high sense of achievement pursuit.
