RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior System Architect you contribute to the fabrication strategy for our consumer spectroscopy solution to drive the rapid expansion via reliable customized industrial test & measurement systems.


  • In this position you coordinate test development activities and lead a team of engineers for high volume and highly complex optoelectronic products at the forefront of technology.
  • Furthermore, you develop testing strategies, standards, methods & tools to support product development and manufacturing.
  • Finally, you take responsibility for building up and maintaining the knowhow in your specific field of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree or equivalent level and knowledge of consumer electronics industry, preferably in the smartphone or wearable domain
- long term know-how with at least 8 years relevant (technological) experience in test strategy & tester equipment development for manufacturing
- in-depth understanding of the product creation process and design methods, such as modelling
- ability to lead a small team of engineers, skills to coach, motivate and inspire
- experience in a client and partner facing role internationally is a must
- strong communication skills, fluent in English written and spoken, mandarin would be a plus
- travel requirement is 10% - globally
