Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. What your day will look like:

You are responsible to prepare and analyze the consolidated financial statements according to HGB/IFRS (month/quarter/year) of the Thinkproject Group
You are the contact person for all subsidiaries (in the context of the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as in all reporting and accounting issues)
You are in charge of the implementation of new or amended accounting regulations and the preparation of group guidelines
You are involved in the optimization of workflows and work on special topics in group accounting
You are responsible for the further development of the consolidation tool (LucaNet)
Participation in M&A projects, especially in the integration of newly acquired companies into the Thinkproject group
Optimization and further development of processes and methods as well as participation in accounting projects
Qualified contact person (M/F/d) for auditors

What you need to fulfill the role:

Successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience at an auditing company or in the area of finance and accounting in a company are desirable
You have very good knowledge in (group) accounting according to HGB/IFRS
You are able to work independently and have a high degree of selfmanagement, as well as a structured approach to your work and the ability to act on your own responsibility.
Profound knowledge of Excel and knowledge of consolidation software, ideally LucaNet

Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
