    Financial Analyst SaaS (m/f/d)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst SaaS (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SaaS offerings (DS Core) by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), building robust reporting and analytics frameworks, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive monetization strategies and business growth.


    Your Responsibilities:
    1.

    KPI Development, Reporting, and Analytics:
    Design and implement SaaS-related KPIs focusing on subscriptions, pay-per-use metrics, attachment rates, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
    Build comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities to track and analyze SaaS performance metrics.
    Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
    Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.2.


    Stakeholder Engagement and Education:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, sales, marketing, and finance, to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
    Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    Educate stakeholders on SaaS metrics, trends, and best practices to drive alignment and understanding across the organization.3.

    Monetization Strategy, Business Cases, and Ad hoc Analysis:
    Participate in the development of monetization strategies for SaaS offerings, including pricing models, options, and value-added services.
    Develop business cases to support new product initiatives, feature enhancements, and investment decisions.
    Perform ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.


    Your Profile:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

    Multiple years of experience in SaaS analytics, business intelligence, or related rolesStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python).Solid understanding of SaaS business models, subscription metrics, and performance drivers.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Positive, can-do hands-on attitude with good influencing and stakeholder management skills.
