- Lead a highly motivated and world class product management unit with focus on Plan to Operate that supports the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition's strategic direction and growth ambitions
- Understand and take ownership (with your team) of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements, design, and delivery, collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders in doing so
- Engage customers, partners, and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need
- Be an spokesperson for Cloud ERP within SAP and with analysts, press, and influencers
- Create a highly innovative organization with strong focus on Employee Engagement and leadership NPS
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry, preferably in a SaaS organization with Product Management; strong CEO mindset
- Sound expertise in one or multiple of the core topics mentioned above is required; ideally in a 2+ year consulting or pre-sales role
- Excellent people management & leadership skills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, communication skills with the customers, partners and internal teams, as well as board/executive level presentation skills
- Ideally, an international track record showcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams
- Strong customer focus with previous exposure to key customers, as well as partner orientation
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions
- Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and a product roadmap based on developing strong market expertise for a topic or product area
- Fluent or near-native English language skills; German a plus
