Business Development Manager E-Mobility (w/m/d) Kennziffer: R8468/ Standort: Sulzbach / Saar Tätigkeitsbereich: Geschäftsfeldentwicklung Vertragsart: Unbefristet, 40 Stunden / Woche DIESE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN WARTEN AUF SIE:• Sie entwickeln Markteintritts- und Vertriebsstrategien für die Elektrifizierung von HYDAC Mobile (Batterien, Motoren, Wechselrichter sowie komplette Elektrifizierungslösungen)
• Sie sind verantwortlich für den Ausbau von Marktanteilen im Bereich elektrifizierter mobiler Arbeitsmaschinen sowie die erfolgreiche Platzierung von HYDAC-Produkten am Markt
• Sie entwickeln eine "Winning Strategy" (Kundennutzen, Preisstrategie, Machbarkeit), um Anfragen in Aufträge zu verwandeln - dafür besuchen Sie auch regelmäßig bestehende und neue Kunden
• Sie koordinieren Anfragen, welche Sie aus dem ressourcenstarken HYDAC-Vertriebsnetz oder direkt aus unserem Kundenkreis erhalten und diskutieren gemeinsam mit unseren Produkt- und Marktexperten schlüssige Konzepte
• Sie agieren als Schnittstelle und Vertriebskoordinator zwischen unseren Vertriebsbüros und Auslandsgesellschaften
• Sie betreiben kontinuierliche Marktanalysen zur Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten für die Gewinnung neuer Produktansätze und Entwicklungen
• Durch eine nachhaltige Betreuung pflegen Sie Beziehungen zu bestehenden Schlüsselkunden und Partnern
• Sie präsentieren unsere Elektrifizierungsstrategie sowohl im Rahmen von Kundenterminen als auch auf Techniktagen, Messen und internen Veranstaltungen WIE SIE UNS BEGEISTERN:
• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar)
• Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Geschäftsfeldentwicklung, Projektakquise oder im strategischen Vertrieb mit - idealerweise mit Bezug zu mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen und Elektromobilität
• Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge, die Sie gekonnt vermitteln
• Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür und Empathie für Menschen und Kundenbedürfnisse
• Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Unternehmergeist, Organisationsstärke, hohe Eigenmotivation und Hands-on-Mentalität aus
• Präsentationen, Diskussionen und Verhandlungen in englischer Sprache sind für Sie kein Problem Um als Business Development Manager E-Mobility (w/m/d) bei uns einzusteigen, bieten wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten im Hinblick auf Ihren Einsatzort: Entweder arbeiten Sie primär in unserem Stammhaus in Sulzbach/Saar oder, falls Sie Ihren Wohnsitz nicht im Saarland oder Umgebung haben, alternativ in einem HYDAC-Büro in der Region Stuttgart bzw. d eutschlandweit im Homeoffice. Wir setzen lediglich eine uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft (national & international) voraus - sowohl für eine regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Präsenz im Stammhaus, Kundentermine sowie die Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen.
