    The Team:

    Our Global information security team ensures security and trust at Celonis. We handle security and compliance, manage the security program, and maintain necessary certifications. The Information Security Trust team is seeking a new member for our Governance and Compliance team.

    The Role:

    Celonis is seeking a skilled GRC security analyst to join our Information Security Trust department. Your role involves working closely with various teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Strong communication, research skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success. This position offers the chance to play a significant role in maintaining a secure environment at Celonis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support planning and execution of global information security and IT compliance initiatives and audits.
    • Assist in monitoring security measures performance and suggesting enhancements.
    • Contribute to successful implementation and scaling of information security and compliance efforts.
    • Collaborate with departments like Product & Engineering, IT, Procurement, Legal, and HR to align processes with security and compliance needs.
    • Prepare for external audits by monitoring, collecting evidence, conducting gap assessments, and reviews.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficiency in information security fundamentals, network security, encryption, and access controls.
    • Knowledge of security standards and regulations like SOC2, ISO2700x, HIPAA, etc.
    • Ability to develop basic GRC documentation and conduct risk assessments.
    • Experience in reviewing evidence and assessing control effectiveness.
    • Familiarity with GRC tools and Cloud Environments.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
