Your qualifications:

Completed degree in electrical engineering with a focus on highfrequency technology or telecommunications engineering
Good knowledge in the area of analog and digital circuit technology and telecommunications system theory
Several years of experience in hardware development for network analyzers and leading larger hardware projects technically/professionally and/or disciplinarily
Qualified professional experience in the field of measurement technology or related industries
Ability to motivate and lead a team confidently
Strong presence, assertiveness, and communication skills
Strong intercultural competence and very good English and German language skills in speech and writing
