Job Summary
The incumbent will work on customer projects based on technical briefs towards specific customer needs. He or she will have direct and indirect (via customer facing colleagues) contact with customers.

Beyond customer projects, the incumbent will support and execute projects underneath global or regional new product development platforms as well as continuously improve lab efficiency and ways of working on a local level within own area of influence.

Responsibilities

Support the Technical Service Manager and Sales Account Managers on technical questions and product recommendations
Administering the internal commercialization of new product developments
Support the sales team at internal and external customer presentations and product launches
Support customers in trouble shooting
Participation in national and international project teams

Education & Experience

Professional experience in R&D and Application in the pharma or food ingredients industry
BSc. in food science, food chemistry, food technology or pharmaceutical technology) OR Apprenticeship (Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technical Assistance) with professional experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office and agility with software and databases in general is beneficial
Very good language skills in English; German and/or other European language skills are an advantage
Strong intrinsically motivated mindset, innovative thinking and creativity
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner
Excellent communication skills, experience in working both autonomously as well as in a team
Willing / ability to travel up to 20%
