    Betreuung –In dieser Position betreust Du unsereKunden bei technischen Problemen mit Ladeinfrastruktur. Darüber hinaus hilfstdu bei Entstörung von Ladepunkten remote und arbeitest bei der Entwicklung vonneuen Service-Produkten mit.

    Analyse/Organisation -ZuDeinem Aufgabenbereich gehört die Analyse von von Fehlerbildern und derenKorrektur sowie die Organisation von Einsätzen vor Ort.

    Lösungsfindung –Du stehst im fachlichen Austausch mit Lieferanten zu technischenProblemen. What makes you stand out

    Ausbildung – Du bringst eine Ausbildung in einemBereich mit elektrotechnischem Inhalt mit Abschluss als Techniker oder in einemelektrotechnischen Studiengang mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.

    Erfahrung – Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Bereich derElektromobilität.

    Softskills – Du bist kommunikationsstark am Telefonund per Mail. und Du bringst ein Interesse für Elektromobilität mit. DesWeiteren hast Du eine hohe Kundenorientierung und gehst strukturiert anProblemlösungen heran.

    Sprachen –Neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen bringst Du ebenfalls guteEnglischkenntnisse mit.
