The department Technology Solution Center (TSC) is part of the Schenker IT and currently has global delivery hubs (GDH) in China, India, and Poland.

With our department vision to be the global IT solution delivery partner for Schenker-internal partners, we are extending by adding additional locations in Europe and Americas.

As TSC Location Coordinator (*) you ensure overall coordination of our GDH.

You define, coordinate, and continuously improve activities across the locations and with the head office departments with a strong focus on financial aspects.


Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous coordination of all requests from Global IT Governance as a single point of contact and as an expert in your area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate global, crosslocation activities inside the TSC department in close collaboration with the experts in the GDH.
  • Act as a single point of contact for Global Finance to ensure awareness and alignment with regards to activities like global rollouts, process changes, SOP adjustments for Finance FU, and company regulations for financial reporting.
  • Bridge those needs from different parties and combine requests for e.g., Budgeting, Forecast, charging to adhere to IT Governance / IT&D rules, Finance Rules and local regulations for the GDH legal entities.

Your profile:

  • Study to university degree level of either finance / business administration or IT oriented studies, or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of information technology or finance experience (or equivalent performance)
  • Sufficient business knowledge with focus on enterprise steering
  • Familiar with relevant IT and Finance processes (Organization Design, IT Strategy & Planning, Portfolio Management, Budget Planning)
  • High commitment to quality and willingness to learn
  • Strong ability to deal with complexity
  • Global mindset
