Responsibilities:

Payments / Embedded Financial Products Expert able to identify and negotiate partnership for most attractive financial services to sell into our clients
Conduct indepth market analysis to identify lucrative opportunities for embedding payment and financial solutions within the Aareon ecosystem
Evaluate potential avenues for growth through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or internal development, providing clear recommendations on the optimal path forward
Proactively seek and establish relationships with potential partners, negotiating terms that align with Aareon's strategic goals and values
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of payment solutions
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure Aareon Pay remains at the cutting edge of payment innovation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree as a minimum with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant fields
You are a payments expert with several years of professional experience in the payments industry with a proven track record of success in partnerships and product strategy is a plus
Deep understanding of the European payments landscape, coupled with insights into emerging trends and technologies
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and crafting compelling business cases
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in multiple languages; proficiency in German is highly desirable
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highperformance environment and adaptable to evolving business needs
Ideally experience in the Real Estate Industry, and brokering B2B and B2B2C financial products
