Objective


Analyze Nemak Investments Projects for Profitability, Capex, and Capacity Optimization, presenting findings to executives for project approvals, and conducting audits of investment projects.


Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive business cases and economical evaluations for investment projects across their lifecycle, from Capex approval to postmortem audit.
  • Deliver presentations to Top Management, facilitating investment approval decisions.
  • Drive regional profitability by optimizing capital investments, conducting allocation analyses, and overseeing cost reviews.
  • Coordinate the approval of quotation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct internal and global profitability audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to the Sales department on quotation approvals and other related tasks.
  • Track investment and quotation pipelines, coordinating activities with the global strategic planning team.
  • Monitor profitability for all programs in the region, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in finance, commercial, or business development roles with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in Capex management, demonstrating financial acumen.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German and Spanish considered advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills across hierarchical levels and geographical regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in international settings.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure and a willingness to continually learn and grow.
  • Flexibility and availability for occasional travel.
