We are currently looking for a
Supply Officer (d/f/m) to join our team
"Supply Mgt. Prop. Parts FR & SP" in
Hamburg-Finkenwerder.


In our international supply management team, you will be working in the after-sales business in a dynamic environment, striving for growth, innovation and customer oriented services & solutions.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Being in Contact with suppliers in France and in Spain, you will be in charge of:

  • Actively managing the flow of material to Airbus to secure that parts needed for stock or for customer orders are delivered in time, quality and cost
  • Placing and collaborating on purchase orders for spare parts, analyzing late deliveries, prioritizing orders and managing recovery plans
  • Drumbeating orders to secure the promised delivery date
  • Monitoring the supply chain on a daytoday basis and maintaining regular contact with your scope of suppliers
  • Resolving quality issues possibly detected at good receipt and implementing corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers and/or the Airbus stakeholders
  • Using the supply management KPIs to prioritize efficiently your backlog

ABOUT YOU
Equipped with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, International Business Management (or similar) paired with professional experience ideally in a comparable role, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

  • First experience in working with suppliers, for instance within customer service or procurement required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer and service oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on different topics in parallel in a changing environment
  • Structured way of working and good presentation skills
  • Language: English language skills at negotiation level; Spanish, French or any other language would be a plus
