- Process and Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation
- Process new hire paperwork, conduct pre-employment screening, and coordinate onboarding activities
- Support in various HR activities, including on- and offboarding, data management, process paperwork in employee lifecycle
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, creating reports, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance activities, including ensuring the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations and with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, answering employee inquiries and concerns
- Business vocational training with further training in human resources desirable, alternatively a successfully completed degree specialising in human resources
- Knowledge of social security and labour law is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Initial professional experience in human resources is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with HRIS is an advantage
- Excellent command in English & German
