- Be the entrepreneur for the propositions in your responsibility and contribute to scale E.ONs eMobility business while accelerating our path to a net zero society
- In scope are @home, and @public charging solutions as well as smart charging, energy and added value services
- Take full responsibility for the localization strategy and local roadmap including the proposition implementation from an E2E view across marketing, commercial and operational dimensions in close alignment with other countries and the cross-country portfolio team
- Maintain a structured and excellent customer and market understanding to guide a customer-centric decision making and feed your market know-how into global proposition portfolio processes while keeping track of right satisfaction metrics of your portfolio
- Utilize the frame (e.g. product vision) of our global portfolio to drive a convincing storytelling and go-to-market approach for the products and services in your scope
- Own and continuously improve the in-life value creation from your propositions by coordinating stakeholders in a rapid steering approach cross-functionally
- Taken an active role in shaping the development of E.ONs global proposition portfolio, contributing in international teams to build new proposition strategies and concepts for roll out across Europe
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial areas and/or area related to product/proposition development. Additional electric mobility / charging infrastructure experience would be desirable, but not essential.
- Proven capabilities in product development and product marketingExperience in project delivery in an international setting is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate and convince senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Leading complex cross-functional teams in a project and/or program environment
- Self-starter, with can-do results-oriented attitude and drive to deliver growth with / through the regional sales businesses
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills you are really into creative problem-solving
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
