  • Du bistAnsprechpartner für die Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen (Papierform undeInvoices) mittels elektronischen Workflows sowie Rückfragen zurRechnungsbearbeitung (intern & extern).
  • Neben derVerarbeitung und Pflege der automatisierten Reisekostenabrechnung bearbeitestDu Dauerbuchungsbelege und das Mahnwesen.
  • Die Kontenpflegeund -abstimmung der Lieferanten-/Sachkonten zählen wie die WE/RE-Kontenpflegesowie der Stammdateneingabe/-pflege zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Weiterhin kontierstund buchst Du die in- und ausländischen Lieferantenrechnungen (mit und ohneBestellbezug) unter Steuerberücksichtigung.

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mind. 3-5 Jahren Praxiserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet.
  • Deine guten Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Anwendungen werden durch gute SAP-Kenntnisse ergänzt.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, gewissenhaft und zielorientiert.
  • Dein empathisches, sicheres Auftreten sowie Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten erleichtern Dir das Arbeiten im Team.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
