About the Role:

How you will contribute

Administrative processing and handling of customer orders
Telephone appointment notification of customer orders
Collating & providing data for further processing in the warehouse/ disposition area
Shipment tracking and feedback to the corresponding departments
Acceptance and processing of customer complaints
Maintaining and analyzing statistics
Invoicing of services rendered

Your Key Qualifications

Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable training.
Practical experience in the commercial area of a forwarding agency is desirable
Fluent in written and spoken German
Knowledge of English is desirable
You are a team player, a strong communicator, reliable and stress resistant.
You enjoy dealing with customers
You work independently and are characterized by goaloriented, proactive work with high selfdemands.
