Your tasks


As our Sales Representative (M/F/d) - Germany, you are the voice of inveox in the medical practice and histology labs.

You will secure and increase our revenue from existing customers in Germany, as well as new customers by closing contracts and establishing lasting relationships with them.

If you are a real deal closer as well as a customer enchanter you should join us in our vision of making cancer misdiagnosis a thing of the past - sample by sample.


  • You are responsible for approaching medical practices and labs by phone and quickly contacting the leads. Your perfect appointment preparation significantly increases our closing rate. You are significantly responsible for our turnover (MRR), for the activities and thus for the growth of your region.
  • You lead the customer meetings and present our solutions.
  • You negotiate the contract conditions with customers within given framework.
  • You implement customer requirements into contracts and product in close collaboration with other stakeholders such as our Marketing and Product & Technology team.
  • With the help of our CRM system, you ensure the careful maintenance of relevant information.
  • You gain market knowledge and create a portfolio of our competitors in close collaboration with our Marketing department.


Your place of work is flexible, since you will be spending most of your time traveling to customers in this role.


Requirements:


  • You have a good understanding of the needs of medical professionals and the processes in a medical practice and labs.
  • You are a sales talent, rhetorically strong and keep a cool head and a charming smile even in stressful situations
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to convince even sceptics.
  • You are resilient and do not let yourself be put off by a "no".
  • You are characterized by a precise and structured way of working.
  • You enjoy holding presentations and it is easy for you to set your customers on fire
  • You love the be on the road and visiting your customers on site, therefore you bring willingness to travel in your target region (around 80%) and you also have a driver's licence to do so
  • You're network of clients in the healthcare industry comes handy as well
  • You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.
