By ensuring an efficient and automated order-to-deliver and purchase-to-invoice process the ERP-Team plays a key role in our success.

As a (Senior) Product Specialist SCM (all genders) you will join a team of six and become a specialist for at least one of our software solutions.


Your role:


  • You will work closely with Product Owners and Stakeholders on business and technical requirements and improve our Purchase Invoice processes
  • You will be leading the transformation from inhouse EDI/EDIFACT to a scalable SaaS integration
  • Furthermore, you are managing and implementing optimizations along the supply chain together with our service providers and our crossfunctional development team
  • You plan and manage implementation projects on supply chainrelated processes
  • You ensure a stable operational process within our Supplier Integrations and manage our service providers

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent education
  • EDIFACT /EDI and supplier integration were a part of your previous work and nothing u need to google
  • With your handson mentality and sense of ownership, you are not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Additionally, you have a structured, transparent, and flexible way of working, that is aligned with agile methodologies
  • Your English is business proficient in word and writing, German knowledge is a plus

Full transparency:For this role, we have a salary band between 48,000€ and 65,000€ on mid-level and between 65,000€ and 86,000€ as a Senior, gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
