Account Manager (m/w/d) Dutch / English

SAXOPRINT is currently looking for an
Account Manager with a native level of Dutch and English to complete our dedicated team in Berlin.

This is a combined role containing both Customer Support Tasks for the International markets in English as well as Account Manager Tasks for Dutch and Flemish Business Clients.

SAXOPRINT is one of the leading online printing companies in Europe. We offer a wide selection of classic print products and ad technology.

From our International Service Department located in Berlin, we look after our international customers in the U.K., France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

We aim to deliver an excellent service and user experience to all our clients around Europe

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing the accounts of "VIP" and "A" class clients for the Dutch and Belgium market and personal assistance
Followup calls, reactivation calls and quotation follow up for major business clients
Supporting the Key Account Manager
Documenting the communication on our CRM system

REQUIRED SKILLS

A fluent or native level of Dutch and English
Great communication and customer service skills
A proactive and salesoriented attitude
Experience in a customer service or account manager role
Being professional and a team player
EU national or a valid work permit

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience in the printing sector
Being a fast learner

OUR OFFER

An exciting fulltime position (40hrs/week)
Initial and ongoing training with the support of an experienced Key Account Manager
Being part of small and friendly international team
An officebased position in a central location in Berlin
50% home office (weekly rotation) possible after trial period and depending on performance
