    Mit Germandrones in die Zukunft

    Head of Research, Development and Production (m/w/d) Vollzeit in Berlin

    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines hoch motivierten Teams junger und erfahrener Kräfte am Standort Berlin sowie mittelfristig weiterer Standorte
  • die Entwicklung und Umsetzung mittel- und langfristiger Produkt- und Fertigungsstrategien inklusive der Technologie-Roadmaps
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung neuer Produktplattformen und Produktlinien im engen Austausch mit dem Marketing, externen Partnern und der Geschäftsführung
  • Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Hard- und Softwareschnittstellen in den Bereichen Payload, Kommunikation und Software
  • Steuerung eines erfolgreichen Release- und Produktlebenszyklus-Managements
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsprozess (inkl. der dazugehörigen Produktionssteuerung)
  • Planung, Steuerung Controlling für den Aufgabenbereich

    • Gemeinsame Zielsetzungen die Sie beeinflussen werden::

  • Kontinuierliche Steigerung von Kundennutzen, Produktqualität und Einsatzmöglichkeiten
  • Kontinuierliche Technologie- und Produktentwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb wie auch dem Service- und Partnermanagement
  • Positionierung der Germandrones national wie international als führendes Drohnentechnologieunternehmen für Sicherheits-, Inspektions-, Vermessungs- und Transportaufgaben Ihr Profil - Sie verfügen über:

    • Ihr Profil - Sie verfügen über:

  • ein technisches Hochschulstudium ggf. mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation (MBA) oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • relevante Erfahrung im Technologieumfeld Hardware / Software
  • mehrjährige Personal- und Führungserfahrung optimalerweise in international aktiven Unternehmen
  • starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem verhandlungssicheren Deutsch und Englisch
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • idealerweise technisches Fachwissen und Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Drohne
  • ein hohes Maß an interkultureller Sozialkompetenz und eine sehr hohe Kundenorientierung
